Override Map Style
When it comes to defining the right style for a custom map project. There is a list of predefined custom styles with optional reusable user-defined styles to choose from. However, in some cases, you might want to change the very specific google Maps feature for a project.
We have this option to override map style which can be used only when you want to customize the look of a map for a specific project.
With advanced style options you can:
- Change the colour of a specific feature
- On/off the visibility of all or specific features available in a dropdown.
- User custom or standard hue colour.
Steps to override map style
- Create/Select the custom map project.
- Edit basemap styles section.
- Use the advance style button to open a new dialogue.
- Use the dialogue to add style on top of the selected base map
- Edit/ Remove the google Maps feature from the list.
- Apply changes.
