What is custom map style?
For some mapping projects, you might want to create a map to match the designed colour theme for an organization.
Now with mapDrafts, you can either use a basemap editor to add a global reusable basemap style or use override project baesmap style.
Once a global map is saved to your account you easily choose the same map for multiple map projects.
Steps to create basemap using the editor
- Create a new base map from the dashboard
- Give unique name, note for base map reference.
- Use the advance style button to add styles to the map
- Copy & paste google map style from an external source
- Verify Preview & save.
