The data page under the map project allows you to link the dataset to the project. A dataset can be defined as either a point, line, or polygon.

Under the data page as a user, you can

  • Have multiple layers of a dataset attached to your project.
  • Manage the sequence of the dataset.
  • Have a combination of any type of dataset
  • Uniquely define the name for a dataset reference to this project.
  • Individually manage styles for each dataset.
  • Manage visibility of the dataset within the preview.
  • Fit to dataset bound in the preview.

Note: Changes made to the root dataset data will directly reflect all the projects linked with the dataset.

You can add dataset by

  • Selecting from the existing library list.
  • Creating a new dataset for a specific type of shape (This will automatically create a new global dataset)

Steps change base map style

  1. Create/Select the custom map project.
  2. Go to the data page.
  3. Click on a new dataset.
  4. Select dataset from the library
  5. Or create a new dataset for a specific type
  6. Create a new dataset.
